How Merchant Capture Works
Once the software is setup on a secured computer within your business, you’re ready to follow an easy process for depositing checks:
- Simply scan them in the scanning device connected to your computer
- Scan one or multiple checks to deposit at one time
- The deposit summary shows the dollar amount for each check, as well as an image of the check
- When you submit the deposits, all the information collected by the software is encrypted and sent to us securely.
- Your deposit summary can be printed for your internal records
