Why am I receiving spam calls after my credit report was pulled?
Lenders may pull a credit report to help determine loan eligibility. Occasionally, the credit bureaus (Trans Union, Equifax & Experian) gather information such as your name and phone number and sell those leads to other lenders. Success Bank does not share your personal information, but cannot prevent this practice as it is completely legal under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You can opt out of these solicitation calls by calling 1-888-567-8688 or visiting www.optoutprescreen.com.
Why is there a hold on my account after purchasing gas with my debit card?
Gas stations utilize debit card pre-authorization holds based upon their preset fueling limits. Depending where you choose to purchase gas, these holds may vary from $125.00 to $500.00 and typically remain on your checking account for 3-5 days. Always ask your gas station what their fueling limit hold is prior to swiping your debit card!
Why isn't my mobile banking app working?
We understand it can be frustrating when technology does not cooperate. Below are the most common issues for mobile banking trouble:
- Your password needs reset. For your safety, online banking passwords are only valid for one year. After one year you will need to login via a computer to reset your password.
- You mistyped your password three times. Due to security reasons, accounts auto-lock after three failed login attempts. Please contact customer service at 641.664.BANK to have your password reset.
